Paul Dorrance

Paul Dorrance joined trans-Tasman law firm Duncan Cotterill as a barrister and solicitor in 1994 and was made a partner in 1997. Since then Paul has grown a significant commercial law practice. He is a trustee of a number of trusts and with his firm supports charitable organisations through either Trusteeships or general commercial support.


Sue Foley

Sue is the Assistant Vice-Chancellor External Relations at Massey University, where she leads the communications, marketing and alumni activities. Prior to this, Sue was General Manager Corporate Affairs at KiwiRail, formerly Toll NZ.

Sue has an extensive background in journalism and public affairs.  Past roles include chief of staff for TV3 News, chief of staff for the Leader of the Opposition, head of marketing and communications for the 2000 America’s Cup Village, senior public affairs consultant at a leading New Zealand agency and an award-winning television journalist.


Kevin Ramshaw

Kevin is the General Manager Public Affairs for KiwiRail.  He started his career in journalism on a community newspaper before joining the Otago Daily Times. He then moved into electronic reporting with Radio Otago and the then NZBC. After a four-year stint as Managing Editor of South Otago Newspapers, he went to Britain, working for newspapers within the Berrows Group.

Back in New Zealand Kevin was a reporter, presenter and Editor of the TVNZ current affairs programme Eye Witness. In 1986, he moved into public relations, working in Wellington and Hong Kong. He co-founded the Wellington public affairs consultancy Busby Ramshaw Grice in 1995, selling his stake in the business in 2005 to work with ONTRACK.


Inspector Neil Wynne

Inspector Wynne is the Road Policing Manager in the Central Police district.  He joined the Ministry of Transport (then the Transport Department) in 1966.  Since the merger with the New Zealand Police Neil has served in several positions, including Operations Inspector and Area Commander.

A former instructor at the Ministry of Transport training college Neil has a passion for the reduction in road trauma.  He is actively involved with road/rail crash initiatives and was instrumental in developing in conjunction with Chris Cairns the "cops in cabs" project.
