Day Twenty-five - Seddon to Ward
The blog duties have been taken over today by myself Patrick and my partner in crime Simon. Cairnsy is currently resting his feet and body even though it was a short day. We thought we would give you a different perspective of the day’s happenings.
Today Clayton and Wade Cornellius (Corn and Wado) a couple of old club crickets mates, braved the conditions and pulled on the green dress and nanna’s best pink suit and joined cairnsy and ourselves for a brisk walk through the beautiful hills covered in vineyards.
Clayton is the chief wine maker at Alan Scott Winery, so if your looking for a cheeky red that shows a little leg pop in and see Clayton and tell him we sent you. Thanks to the girls for telling some very entertaining stories and making a short leg even shorter.
As the team strolled into Ward to the East Coast Inn, we had some very peculiar looks from the locals with the boys in their very feminine outfits but we were quick to be welcomed in and we enjoyed a couple of quiets with the local guys a few stories were shared.
Tomorrow we stroll from Ward to the Kekerengu Store where we have been told they cook up a good feed. Till tomorrow, BB brothers signing out! >br/>
PJ and SW.
