ONLY ONE WEEK AWAY!

The 1001km walk is only a week away. Chris has been training hard for the last 6 months to be fit for the walk. All the final preperations are organised and the Chris Cairns Foundation Walk NZ Team are ready to hit the pavement.

The launch of the walk will be held at the Pukekohe Netball Courts which is located on Queen St in Pukekohe. The morning will commence at 0700hr with some formalities before Chris takes the first step his long journey.

From the 11th of August through to the 15th of August Chris will be appearing on a number of radio and television shows. These include The Rock FM, The Edge, Kiwi FM, The Good Morning Show, Sports Cafe and Hyundai Code. So look out for Chris as he will be discussing the details of the walk.

The Team that will be helping Chris complete the walk are: Patrick Jackson, Sophie Dicken, Mel Croser, Wayne Wilson, Simon Wilson, David Craig and Selwyn Bain.
