Day Twenty-nine - Kaikoura to Oaro

BB Brothers here, with the Warriors winning last night all the NZ crew were pretty chirpy after a weekend of dominance over the Australians. Mel and I are sticking together though and hopefully we have some luck with the Netball tests coming up.

More FM and the Kaikoura Food Company Café put on a great morning for us and provided a beautiful cooked breakfast. If you ever have the chance to stop at the café please do and have a lovely cooked breakfast and even a piece of fudge for the sweet tooth out there.

Today we continued along the last part of the coast before we heading inland through the Hunterlees. We both agree that this is one part of New Zealand that everyone should visit.

Once again we hit a lot of the road that has been affected by land slips. The road workers have got some serious work on their hands as there is so many to counter for.

Today was probably the hottest day to date, Cairnsy was actually showing some serious sweat has he climbed the windy Hunerlees. He will be having a well deserved rest and a cold Speights as he has another long day in front of him tomorrow.

Stay safe.
